I am Masaki, a postdoctoral researcher at Ritsumeikan University, Japan. My research interests are multisensory human-food interaction, Virtual Reality and Cognitive/Perceptual Scinence. I’m also working as a trainee chef at Kikunoi Japanese restaurant. Ph.D.(Interdisciplinary Information Studies)
